University of Puget Sound
GRAPHIC DESIGN, BRAND IDENTITY, TYPOGRAPHY
A selection of graphic design works created for a range of departments within the University of Puget Sound.
Collins Memorial Library
For Collins Memorial Library, I created a series of print posters to promote the library’s Makerspace. As part of this project I created a collection of original buttons using the on-site button maker and recycled encyclopedias available in the space.
Residence Hall Association
For the Residence Hall Association at UPS, I created on original logo for use on the Association social media accounts and printed posters.
The design pays homage to the school mascot, the Logger, while also incorporating the storied school hatchet into the typography.
UPS Jazz Orchestra
For the UPS Jazz Orchestra I created an album cover for the Orchestra’s first ever album, released both physically and digitally in 2020.
The work is an analog collage.
Staff Senate
For the UPS Staff Senate, I created printed promotional posters and team name cards to support Senate events like the Plant Market and Staff Trivia Night.
Student Accessibility and Accommodation
For SAA, I created an infographic to simplify the process of registering for disability accommodations. I focused on readability and engagement for students with reading and attention deficit disabilities, distilling paragraphs of text into an easy to follow, color-coded and illustrated guide.
BEFORE: Complex info paragraph
AFTER: Color-coded visual guide
Associated Students of the University of Puget Sound
For ASUPS, I created a wide variety of event posters for both print and digital display. Assignments varied greatly in both tone and copy to be incorporated.
